Avoid soaking in a full sink of water, and no steaming in the dishwasher! Every three weeks, condition with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax to condition the wood. When properly cared for, Sonder LA cutting boards will avoid warping, cracking, or developing contaminants, and last for years to come.
